By Shopper
Pros:
Provides 15 - 28 watts of power depending on sunlight and cloud cover
Light weight
You can chain Boulder 30s to more B30s or B15s or Nomad 27s, etc.
Durable
Cons:
Edges fade to gold after 8 hours in the sun - I have 3 Boulder 30s and all of them did this
Edges are metal - is better if the edges are covered with rubber. I bought and installed some rubber weather stripping that does just fine protecting the edges from the concrete or rocks. - The Boulder 30 still fits inside the case just fine.

By N. Richards
Here in So. Cal., Southern California Edison is a disaster. Our last big windstorm, we had no power for a week and NO information. SCE claimed it was working 24/7, but I live right near a substation and every evening on my way home from work, I saw the street blocked off and all of the extra equipment parked for the night. My neighborhood never saw a single repair person until a week into the outage. I am unwilling to endure the incompetence again. I think it wise to be prepared for natural disasters -- look at what's going on in Sandy Hook, NY. This unit is affordable, and will provide me with hot water (Yeah!) and allow me to maintain my refrigerators by cooling them down a couple of hours at a time. I have researched this topic and the cost and power of this unit is excellent.

By V. Williams
Look at goalzero's reviews at the goal zero website. These panels under perform roughly 15~18 watts output during physical test conditions.
There are 30 watt panels for a fraction of the price made by litefuze that outperform goal zeros panel and has a 5 star review, the litefuze panels actually make a recommended 18 to 28 watts. The reviews don't lie people, don't waste your money on this product.
Here is the link to the litefuze panel. http://www.amazon.com/LiteFuze%C2%AE-Mono-crystalline-Solar-Panel-Watt/dp/B0079OD3I6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1360518170&sr=8-1&keywords=litefuze+30watt+solar+panel.
