Surefire A2 Dual-Output Dual-Spectrum LED Flashlight, White Primary/Green Secondary

Product Description

The A2 LED Aviator is a compact dual-output flashlight that provides two distinct beam types and optional output colors. It uses virtually indestructible power-regulated LED emitters and a precision micro-textured reflector to produce both spot and flood beams in your choice of white, red, green, or blue. The Aviator's tactically-correct two-stage pushbutton tailcap switch lets you instantly select an output level: press for a momentary-on 10-lumen long-runtime (color-option) flood beam for general night use, close work, or where you need to preserve your night vision; press further for a momentary-on 120-lumen white spot beam—six times the light of a big two-D-cell flashlight; twist for constant-on low beam, twist further for constant-on high beam.

5Surefire and Amazon! Wow,
By Kimberley A. Dixon
I purchased this flashlight for my husband for Christmas. He LOVED it! Then, he thought he would no longer be flying so, he gave it to our son for his birthday. Son loved it! Hubby started flying again so I thought I'd buy him another for fathers day. He loved it again! I love amazon because I purchased a used one that was "like new" and it really is! I was able to purchase extra bats & a holster with the money I saved and still didn't pay as much as the new one now costs! Gotta love it!

1total ripoff, don't buy this flahlight
By gmcman
$200, are you kidding me? this flashlight is not worth more then $40. The batteries are insanely expensive. If you buy the C123s online they are still kinda expensive but not too bad, at the store you'll pay almost $20!! for two batteries, absolutely ridiculous. The LEDs last for several days but the main bulb only lasts for maybe an hour and you have to replace the batteries. Biggest ripoff flashlight ever, I bought this Coleman flash light for $30 (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Coleman-2000004486-Coleman-Max-3AAA-LED-RWB-Flashlight/13029917?t=1&) not only is it MUCH brighter, it runs on 3 AAA batteries and lasts for a long time, and it has red and blue bulbs. That's my favorite flashlight.

after 20 minutes of use, the center white light failed. a replacement bulb also did not work. why... I give up and will never use another Surefire product. Just try to find a place to go to complain, like surefire.
