Coming from a flashaholic, this is my "current" favorite light. It is bright, even brighter than my Olight SR90 intimidator. The Olight is more of a thrower, and thus illuminates farther than the TM15, but to my eye not as much total light. What I love about the TM15 is that it is very small. Quite amazing how much light comes out of a package that is so small. I like the user interface too. Takes a little bit of getting used to though. Very pleased so far.

Is the perfect name for this little warrior. I love the compactness of this light. It is extremely bright. I did a lot of reviewing prior to purchasing this light. There are a lot of lights out there to choose from and I'm sure there are others just as good but go to youtube and watch a few review of this particular light. It's awesome for me because I work night shift and I depend on my light. It's not a "thrower" like some of the lights out there but it kind of has the best of both worlds. You get a decent throw as well as a lot of spill. I can turn the lights off in the bedroom and set this light on the dresser, set it to the highest setting and the entire room is lit up more so than if I turned on both lamps. Crazy bright!!!

The Amazon product description DOES NOT specify you need to use the 'longer' protected 18650 w/PCB Li-Ion batteries (~68mm vs ~65mm long). It does have the built-in charger, so you might just need to buy the four batteries.
